Working hard to make this an accessible and passenger-friendly air facility, San Antonio International Airport (SAT) has a comprehensive selection of eateries and shops spread through its two main terminals, together with all of the expected disabled facilities.

Helping to make your visit all the more pleasant, SAT Airport has installed a series of art works and rotating exhibits, organised by the Public Art San Antonio (PASA). Located on the Gate Portals, the Arrivals Mezzanine, along the Paseo Walkway and within the parking garages are all manner of paintings, installations, sculptures, terrazzo floor mosaics and colorful posters.

San Antonio Airport information desks are situated in Terminal 1 and Terminal 2, close to the baggage reclaim areas. If you need any airline or travel-related advice, these desks should be your first port of call.

Shops, Duty-Free and Retail Outlets

A number of specialty shops are based in the airport, being in particularly good supply around the Retail Court in Terminal A. Here you will find Brookstone and InMotion Entertainment, while in the lobby and North Concourse, shopping options include Alamo Extra News and Gifts, Generations Federal Credit Union, Shannon Smith's Shoe Shine and Stars of San Antonio. Head to the Terminal B concourse for international and local newspapers, at Texas Monthly News and San Antonio Express.

Bars, Cafés and Restaurants

With roughly 30 eateries and restaurants spread around Terminals A and B, you certainly won't go hungry at San Antonio's airport. In Terminal A (Lobby, North Concourse, South Concourse and Retail Court) you can choose between Alamo City Microbrewery & Grill, Blimpie Sandwiches, Creative Croissants, Dunkin' Donuts, Famous Famiglia Pizzeria, McDonald's, Starbucks and Vino Volo. In Terminal B, most of the eateries are grouped around the Food Court area and include the Alamo Alehouse & Gourmet Burger Bar, Bon Du Monde, Charley's, Green Beans and Sbarro.

Business services are available in the Terminal 2 conference room. Featuring computer modems, white boards and general office supplies, the conference room is available to hire. There are also additional business facilities and conference capabilities available at the nearby Hilton Hotel.

Disabled Facilities

Whether you are arriving or departing, wheelchair assistance can be requested via your airline. There are also a number of TTY telephoned for the hearing impaired and these are situated at the Ticket Counter Lobby in Terminal A, and also at the Gate Concourse.

Other Facilities

Other facilities at SAT include emergency medical treatment, a games rooms, a small chapel, luggage handling and a lost property desk.
